Our Third 1st!

J turned one last Friday and we celebrated on Saturday with a small family party and an ice cream cake (J doesn't really know how to chew food yet). He got a few nice gifts and lots and lots of hugs and kisses. He is definitely still a baby and seems to enjoy being treated as such. He says "mama" and "dada" and a bunch of other babble. He signs "all done" and claps his hands with gusto. J likes to sit and "read" books and play with loud music making toys. He is not crawling or really moving at all yet. He only rolls from back to front if it happens by accident. He hates being on his tummy and when put that way ends up lying on his side with his head on his arm. J is over 25lbs and so does have a lot to hold up. He's wearing 18-24 mo clothes and looks like he'll be every bit as big as D.  We are so blessed to have him in our lives and, though there was a time we couldn't imagine having another one (especially so soon!), we wouldn't trade him for the world. He is a joy to be around! Thank you God for your surprises!
