Tres

Last week we had our fetal anatomy survey ultrasound for baby #3 (hence forth mentioned as Tres!). We have decided to not find out the gender of this baby 1) for the fun of the surprise and 2) to delay the reality of having another child just a little longer :) so we made sure to tell our ultrasound tech so. Good thing we didn't come in with the expectation of finding out as Tres was highly active and doing fetal origami with his/her body. Our tech told us that there was no way she could tell us the gender even if we had wanted to know as she couldn't get a picture of the kidneys or legs or anything in the general vicinity. In fact, baby was so uncooperative that I have to go back in about 3 weeks for another US in hopes that they can get the remaining pictures of the heart, kidneys, and legs that they need. So once again I'm faced with temptation to "sneak a peek" at the gender. Hopefully I can resist one more time, especially since Kyle won't be with me this next time. :) Here are a few pictures that were captured. I hope to get better ones next time.
