For the first time since I quit my job and had Abi I'm finally getting to do some of the things I imagined I would get to do as a stay-at-home mom. I was always limited in being involved in Bible studies, classes, etc. because of my crazy inconsistent schedule as a nurse. I thought that when I quit working that I would just have all this time to do whatever. I laugh at my naivete now! I am excited that my life has settled into enough of a routine now that I can be involved in things outside of church. Here's my list:
Wednesday night Inquirer's Class at church
Online Photography class
Lose the Momma Tummy Challenge
Titus 2 Team (women's mentorship group)
Regularly featured American Idol.com blogger
and the various asundry play dates and mama outings
My plate is definitely full, but I love it! I find that when I can balance my time well I actually am more productive and efficient with it.
BTW.. Happy St Patty's Day!

Okay, what's the "lose the momma tummy" challenge? 'Cause that sounds like something I should be involved in!
Abi is FIVE months already? Whoa! This year has gone by so fast. Everyone here, with spring started now, has been exclaiming what a long winter it was and I think it's flown by. I feel like it was just spring! Anyway... I haven't read your blog for a while! The pictures are great! And it's great to hear you're having fun and not feeling like you have to be confined to your house because you're a 'stay at home mom' now. it's so good to get out of the routine! I was reminded of that when I went to India. I need to get out of Fergus more often! Anyway, it was good to read your posts. Keep em coming!
