Near Tragedy

This week while Kyle was out of town I was in a very industrious mood and wanted to organize and clean everything, including my computer. It was bothering my sense of order that I had so many different user files when I'm the only user. I quickly transferred what I thought were all the "necessary" files and then sent the rest to trash. And because I'm so OCD I then emptied my trash just to keep everything neat and tidy. I thought I had lost everything! Fortunately over time I was able to find and restore all our financial records, music, etc with the exception of most of our pictures! We did back up our computers to an external hard drive not too long ago so fortunately I will be able to recover all but our most recent ones. I've got to learn to be more careful! Just the thought of losing all of those precious pictures made me sick. Praise God for His grace to help me recover everything.
