Labor Day

Our Labor Day weekend consisted of just that...laboring. We rearranged a couple of rooms in the house, unpacked a bunch of boxes and basically tried to make what we have for space more usable. It turned out really well and was worth the effort. I feel a little more content with staying put for now too!

Downstairs Bedroom is now an office.

We "winterized" our back porch for a playroom/work out area.

We did have some fun by going to see the balloons launch on Mon morning. We didn't get there super early and so only caught the last wave, which was probably just perfect for our little ones. I was slightly disappointed, but there is always years from now when the kids are older and can appreciate the full show.

My mom and step-dad came down for dinner on Mon too and we had a good time with them. My mom took me to AFW and bought a new bunk bed set for Dean (and Jack eventually). Dean loves his new bed and we are so grateful for our family's generosity.
